Refund policy

We do not accept returns of open items as it is perishable goods.

 

We accept returns on any item (other than final sale items) under the following conditions.

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the original condition that you received it.
  • Items must be claimed within 30 calendar days of the purchase.
  • Items with any damaged or quality issues (Proof of Image Required).
  • Items must have receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Subject to above, in order to request a refund, exchange, or return, please contact info@kanuusa.com and submit the following information. We will provide with further instructions for the return process after review.

  • Order confirmation #
  • Reason of Refund/Exchange/Return
  • Proof of Images

 

For Exchanges/Return, once images of the product with receipt is provided, we will provide a return shipping label if the order meets the qualification requirements.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you via email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

 

If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
